Argentina is the largest supplier of tea to the United States, accounting for 38.4 percent of total U.S. tea imports. This was followed by India, which imported 13,300 tons and imported $60.1 million, an increase of 27% and 21.1%, respectively. Although the US tea imports from Vietnam have achieved rapid growth, Vietnam's share is still low, and there is great potential to expand the US market in the future.
